ZENILOVE provides Custom Battery Solutions for instruments, medical equipment, industrial devices, and application-specific electronics. Our Battery Engineering team supports cell selection, electrical configuration, BMS development, mechanical layout, connector matching, testing, and production-ready Battery Pack Design.

Stable 3.6V Power for Precision Instruments

Our 3.6V instrument batteries support portable analyzers, monitoring equipment, data-collection devices, handheld terminals and other low-voltage electronics that require consistent output and predictable runtime.

Each project starts with the actual device load, battery compartment, charging method and operating conditions. Our Battery Pack Design Services can adjust cell capacity, pack structure, wire length, connector type, polarity, PCM settings, insulation, NTC sensing and product labels.

This engineering-led approach helps the battery fit the equipment correctly while reducing avoidable voltage, installation and protection mismatches during prototype testing and production.

10.8V Battery Engineering for Medical Equipment

Our 10.8V Lithium Battery Solutions can be developed for compatible infusion systems, portable diagnostic devices, monitoring equipment, and other healthcare products that require stable rechargeable power.

The Battery Engineering process reviews operating current, startup demand, required runtime, charging voltage, enclosure dimensions, connector reliability and protection requirements before the pack structure is confirmed. Matched cells, a suitable 3S protection circuit and controlled wiring help support consistent performance.

Medical projects may also require additional testing, traceability, documentation and device-level validation. The final battery configuration must therefore be approved against the completed device and its target market requirements before mass production.

10.8V Battery Solutions for Cold Environments

Standard lithium batteries may experience reduced capacity, increased internal resistance, and weaker voltage performance in cold conditions. Our low-temperature Battery Engineering Solutions begin with the device’s actual temperature range, discharge load, runtime target and exposure duration.

Depending on the project, the Custom Battery Pack Solutions may include suitable low-temperature cells, optimized current paths, insulation, temperature monitoring, adjusted protection settings or an integrated heating strategy.

Every temperature claim must be confirmed through testing. Standard Zenilove reference packs may support discharge conditions down to approximately −20°C, while more demanding environments require a separately developed and validated low-temperature design.

Compact 7.2V Battery Pack Design for Portable Devices

A 7.2V battery system is commonly created with two nominal 3.6V lithium-ion cell groups connected in series. This voltage platform can support compatible inspection tools, portable instruments, data terminals, monitoring products, and professional handheld equipment.

Our Battery Pack Design process compares cylindrical and polymer cell structures against the available installation space, device load, target runtime, charging system, and weight limit. The pack can then be developed with a suitable 2S protection board, wires, connector, NTC sensor, insulation, and enclosure structure.

Instead of forcing the equipment to accept a standard pack, ZENILOVE develops Custom Battery Solutions around the actual product layout and approved electrical requirements.

      Common problems with custom-made batteries

      The core parameters that can be customized for cylindrical batteries (such as 18650, 21700, 4680) include: nominal voltage and capacity, discharge rate, chemical system, internal resistance level and consistency requirements, and safety structure.

      The biggest advantage of polymer batteries is their high degree of shape and size customizability. They can be designed as ultra-thin, irregularly shaped, flexible, or conformable structures. Thickness can usually be customized starting from 2mm, supporting soft-pack aluminum-plastic film structures, suitable for compact spaces.

      Although button batteries (such as CR, LR, SR series) are highly standardized, they can still be customized in the following aspects: capacity and discharge curve optimization; operating temperature range (low temperature/high temperature); self-discharge rate control; terminal structure (solder tabs, pins, leads). Packaging methods (tape and reel, tray) Suitable for sensors, wearable devices, medical equipment, and backup power supplies.

      Depending on the application market and transportation requirements, common certifications include: UN38.3; IEC 62133 / IEC 60086; UL 1642 / UL 2054; CE / RoHS / REACH; additional certifications may be required for medical or industrial applications.

      The selection logic is primarily based on application requirements: High power, high consistency → Cylindrical Battery; Thin and lightweight, irregular shape, limited space → Polymer Battery; Low power consumption, long lifespan, miniature devices → Button Battery.
